Collective Health is available to answer your insurance questions, such as:
What does my plan cover? How do I find a doctor? Why isn't the insurance paying my claim? How do I use the FSA plan? .... and much more.
Teammates on our Anthem and Kaiser plans can contact Collective Health for help, questions about your plan or to get new ID cards via:
*The first time you access Collective Health’s website, you'll need to create an account. Once you have created your account, you can log in to use the Live Chat and Email functionality.
If you are a teammate with a Kaiser plan, you can also contact Kaiser directly for help with your plan by calling (800) 464-4000 or visiting their member website.

All benefits enrollments are done via Workday, by using your network username and password to log in. If you are a current teammate and are unable to log in, please contact IT or submit a ticket to reset your password.
