VACATION

  • Accrual Rate (for FT teammates only): The following accrual rates per years of service are awarded at the end of each pay period:

    • Years 0-2.9: 4.62 hours per pay period = 15 days per year

    • Years 3-9.9: 6.15 hours per pay period = 20 days per year

    • Years 10+ : 7.69 hours per pay period = 25 days per year

  • Accrual Max: You stop accruing vacation time when your vacation balance reaches 200 hours. Your accrual will resume once you use some time and come below the maximum accrual mark.

  • In the event you leave the company, unused Vacation, accrued through your final day of employment, will be cashed out.

Sick Time

  • Effective January 1, 2024, All US-based teammates who work at least 30 days per calendar year (in any capacity- full-time, part-time, seasonal, etc.) will be provided 40 hours annually of sick time.

  • Unused Sick hours may be carried forward from one year to the next up to a maximum of 120 hours (15 days).

  • Unused Sick Leave is not cashed out upon your departure from the company.

HOLIDAYS

All team members will receive holiday pay at your normal rate for our paid holidays. Full time team members receive 8 hours and part time receive 4 hours. Find instructions here for winter holiday requests.

2024 holidays

FLOATING HOLIDAY

In addition to the 14 observed company holidays, full-time teammates earn one, 8-hour Floating Holiday per calendar year and part-time teammates earn one 4-hour Floating Holiday per calendar year. It will not carry forward to the new year.

VOLUNTEER TIME

The volunteer time enables team members to give back and get involved. All regular full-time team members will be provided up to 8 hours annually of paid time off for volunteering with a non-profit organization. This must be used within the calendar year. It will not carry forward to the new year.

 BEREAVEMENT

In the event of death of an immediate family member (including pregnancy loss), regular, full-time team members will be eligible for up to three paid days off.

 JURY DUTY

If a regular, full-time team member is required to be absent from work in order to serve as a juror, the teammate will be paid at the regular rate of pay for up to one week (5 days, Monday - Friday). Part-time teammates will be provided the time off unpaid.
