Healthy Lifestyles: Specialized promotes healthy lifestyles and encourages you to take advantage of our fitness facility, on-site instructor-led fitness classes, and free fresh fruit. For Morgan Hill staff the on-site Feedzone features health conscious menus, and for Salt Lake City staff the cafeteria stocks healthy snacks.
Lunch Rides: We are passionate about cycling and encourage all teammates to join our daily lunch ride! At Morgan Hill we cycle through 5 routes between 11 and 20 miles in length. Salt Lake City features an approx. 18 mile loop with moderate elevation climb. It's important to remember we represent our brand out there so please act according to the Code of Conduct.

Vanpool: Ride more, drive less, and get one more car off the road by using our commute club option. We run a vanpool option from Santa Cruz, California to our Morgan Hill office.
Dog-friendly Office: You may share your work space with your dog (upon manager approval). We welcome your canine friend as long as you follow all applicable guidelines. Visit the People & Culture Resources app in Workday to register your dog and review the full policy. Not applicable to distribution facility teammates.
Game room: Both Morgan Hill and Salt Lake City feature a game room. Challenge a co-worker any time to a game of ping pong or battle on the arcade games!

Event and Wellness Reimbursement: Staying active is at our core and we support teammates that wish to participate in fitness events.
