We provide full-time teammates in the U.S. with Life and AD&D Insurance with monthly premiums paid for by us.
Coverage is 1x your annual base pay with a $50,000 minimum and a $200,000 maximum.
Need additional coverage?
You can buy extra Life and AD&D Insurance for yourself, your spouse or domestic partner, and your children.
If you leave Specialized or retire, you may have the option to continue your life insurance coverage, helping you maintain protection for yourself and your loved ones.
