Time Away

Full-time teammates accrue vacation hours every bi-weekly pay period. The following accrual rates per years of service are awarded at the end of each pay period*:

Years 0-2.9 = 4.62 hours per period =15 days per year

Years 3.0-9.9= 6.15 hours per period =20 days per year

Years 10+ = 7.69 hours per period = 25 days per year

Accrual Max: You stop accruing vacation time when your vacation balance reaches 200 hours. Your accrual will resume once you use some time and come below the maximum accrual mark.

In the event you leave the company, any unused and accrued vacation time through your final day of employment will be cashed out.

*Accrual rates are pro-rated based on your full-time %
