All full-time regular employees are automatically enrolled in company-paid UNUM Long Term Disability. If you’re unable to work after 90 days of Short Term Disability, LTD pays 67% of your monthly salary (up to $15,000), tax-free.   • The Unum team will review the existing Short Term Disability claim 30 days before the end of the Short Term Disability to review/initiate a Long Term. The case manager will connect with the claimant directly to facilitate.
