Leave for Expecting Parents
Welcoming a new child is an exciting milestone, and we’re proud to support teammates growing their families through birth, adoption, foster placement, or surrogacy.
Birthing parents may receive up to 14 weeks of 100% paid leave, while non-birthing parents may receive up to 8 weeks of 100% paid parental bonding leave. Additional protected leave and state benefits may also be available depending on your location.

Additional Types of Leave
Protected time away from work due to military service or military family obligations.
Military Leave
Protected time off if you are unable to work due to your own serious health condition, injury, pregnancy, or recovery from childbirth.
We offer company-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage, and additional state benefits may be available depending on where you live.

Family Leave
Personal Leave (Unpaid)
When other leave programs are not available or do not apply, you may request an unpaid personal leave of absence after you have exhausted your PTO and sick time.
