WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW…

  1. Medical Providers (Anthem and Kaiser)*

    • Say goodbye to Bind! We are no longer offering Bind as an option for 2021

  2. NEW HSA and HDHP Plan option**

    • Our HDHP option will be offered through Anthem, and the HSA option is through Health Equity

    • If you are interested in enrolling in the HDHP and HSA plan and have a current Healthcare FSA plan, you will want to ensure you have a $0 balance in your 2020 Healthcare FSA account effective December 31, 2020, to be eligible for HSA contributions starting in January 2021.   3. NEW UNUM Life and Disability Insurance

    • Say goodbye to Anthem, we are now partnering with UNUM on new policy coverage.

  4. Collective Health - Specialized’s Medical Concierge to help better navigate questions regarding eligibility, coverage, and claims processing.

    • NEW Now available for Kaiser

  5. Guardian Dental, EyeMed Vision*

    • No changes to these providers.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO…

  1. Attend Open Enrollment Events

    • Our Kick-off event will be on Tuesday, November 10th at 10am PT.

  2. Attend live OE Educational Sessions via Zoom

    • Check the schedule here.

    • Zoom invites have been sent.

  3. Review and compare all the available plan options, then make your enrollment decisions.

  4. Submit your Open Enrollment elections in Workday by 5:00pm PT on Tuesday, 11/24.

    • Physical ID cards will not be reissued unless teammates change plans or newly enroll


*Medical, Dental, and Vision premiums for employee will be paid in full. Premiums for dependents will be paid at 80% (comparable to years past). Employees with an annual base salary of more than $100,000 will continue to have premium contributions funded at 80%.
