Anthem Short Term Disability
All full-time/regular teammates are automatically enrolled in a company paid Anthem Short Term Disability policy that covers a portion of your wages if you become sick or injured and cannot work. Anthem Long Term Disability
All full-time/regular teammates are automatically enrolled in a company paid Anthem Long Term Disability policy. If you are sick or injured and cannot work beyond the 90 days of Short Term Disability, the LTD benefit pays 67% of your monthly salary to a maximum of $15,000, on a tax free basis. The Anthem case manager for an existing Short Term Disability claim initiates a Long Term claim automatically when it appears the disability will extend beyond 90 days. The case manager will connect with the claimant directly to facilitate.
