Welcome to 2026 Open Enrollment
October 30th to November 12th
Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review and select your benefits for the upcoming calendar year, including health insurance, dental, vision, and other offerings. It's also when we introduce updates to our benefits programs. Each year, we carefully review our offerings to balance rising costs and market trends while also ensuring that we provide the best possible options for you and your family. Take a look below at what's changing for 2026 so you can make informed decisions during Open Enrollment this year.
WHAT’S CHANGING IN 2026
1. Bi-weekly healthcare premium rates are increasing. While you’ll see a slight increase in your contributions due to rising healthcare costs, Specialized is keeping our premium cost-share percentage the same, continuing to invest in your health coverage at the same employer amount.
2. Our Anthem PPO plan design is changing. These changes bring this plan more in line with industry benchmarks while keeping it competitive and maintaining its strong value for teammates.
3. IRS-mandated increase to the Anthem HDHP plan deductible. The Anthem HDHP plan in-network deductible is increasing to $1,700 for Individual coverage and $3,400 for Family coverage.
4. You can contribute more to your HSA & FSA. Higher contribution limits mean you can maximize your HSA and FSA savings in 2026.
1. Attend an Open Enrollment Education Session.
2. Review and compare all available plan options, then make your enrollment decisions.
3. Submit your Open Enrollment Elections in Workday by 11:59 p.m. PST, Wednesday, November 12th.
